RFE: Create language specific glossary translator and reviewer roles, and enable language coordinator to add this role to language team members

Currently the glossarist role is a global one.

There should multiple ones:

  • global glossary contributors: add source entries

  • language glossary coordinators (per language team): accept translations for a specific language

  • language glossary translator: propose translations, to be validated by coordinators (maybe with mails to notify for new translations to validate)

The language team management should enable language coordinators to add either roles to the team members.
