Filter error on Languages page

0. Sign in as admin
1. Go to the Languages page
2. Make sure there are at least 11 languages available
3. Go to page 2
4. Enter a character into the filter/search makes the list less than two pages

Actual:
List is empty

Expected:
List of languages with 'a' in them is displayed

Additional:
Pressing the < on the pagination shows page 1 correctly
