write lock when shutting down application server

Description

I happens often when closing wildfly 10.1.0-final that I get following errors after starting it again.

1 ERROR [org.jboss.msc.service.fail] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 88) MSC000001: Failed to start service jboss.undertow.deployment.default-server.default-host./zanata: org.jboss.msc.service.StartException in service jboss.undertow.deployment.default-server.default-host./zanata: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.zanata.exception.ZanataInitializationException: Lucene lock files found. Check if Zanata is already running. Otherwise, Zanata was not shut down cleanly: delete the lock files: [C:\Users\user\zanata\indexes\org.zanata.model.HAccount\write.lock, C:\Users\user\zanata\indexes\org.zanata.model.HProject\write.lock, C:\Users\user\zanata\indexes\org.zanata.model.HProjectIteration\write.lock, C:\Users\user\zanata\indexes\org.zanata.model.HTextFlowTarget\write.lock]

So I always have to delete them manually. Is it a bug or is there a way to shut down the application server a clean way?
