Run hibernate search in memory for unit tests

Description

Right now unit tests writes index file to disk and share among tests. It's hard to ensure a clean environment between tests. For test isolation we should try to store hibernate search index in memory.

Good idea. We should use the ram directory provider for our unit tests: https://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/search/5.5/reference/en-US/html_single/#search-configuration-directory

We might simply need to add this to persistence.xml:

instead of the current value:
