Improper write access on glossary translate field

The info dialog for a glossary entry translation contains an update field, which is accessible to users that cannot translate.

1. Sign in as a non-admin
2. Go to Glossary
3. Select a language from the drop down
4. Press the ℹ️ on any untranslated entry
5. Enter a translation in to the Translation field - note that the Update button is still disabled
6. Press the X button
7. The translation appears in the entry

This seems to be a pre-entry text only, and an error is raised when the user moves to another entry
