Pressing backspace to clear editor text filter moves cursor to textflow target

Description

When pressing backspace to clear the search field on the react editor, the cursor will move to the front of the first text target. The user then may accidentally start entering text into the field if they are searching again.
At best, this is an annoyance. Worst, accidental corruption of translated texts may occur.

1. Enter "test" into the alpha/react editor search bar - matching translation rows may show
2. Either select all and press backspace, or backspace until all text is removed from the search bar

Actual:
Cursor is now in first text target

Expected:
Cursor should be in the search bar
