Projects and Groups lists empty for non maintainers.

Description

On the dashboard only maintainers can list projects and groups. This makes no sense for the majority of user: translators/reviewers.
When a user is assigned to a project/group, he should find them in his dashboard.

I believed in seeing the commit listed in the release: https://github.com/zanata/zanata-platform/compare/platform-4.5.0-rc-2...master thanks.

Hi that "compare" link shows all the commits which appear in master but not in 4.5.0-rc-2, in other words it lists commits to master since we branched for release.

The commit d2c8ae4 is not currently listed by GitHub as being part of any tag, just the branch master.

Blinded by my motivation to test this feature 😁 , I understood my mistake in a second time. Thanks

Sorry to insist but I don't understand your release system, this ticket is finally listed in the 4.5.0 release but no difference in the interface. Did the ticket get into the changelog by accident?

This feature seems not to be included in 4.6.2

Can you confirm, thanks
