Merge account does not redirect back to confirm merge page

Description

Pre:

Internal Zanata account exists
An accessible Fedora openid login is available

1. Log in with internal account
2. Press Settings on the dashboard
3. Press the Merge button
4. Press Fedora
5. Login/press Accept on the FAS login page

Actual:
The dashboard page is displayed. Following the steps 2-4 presents the Confirm Merge page

Expected:
The Confirm Merge page should be shown after step 5
