Disable SourceDocResource and TranslatedDocResource
Description
These endpoints will need to return a suitable message to the client, advising a client upgrade. This probably shouldn't happen until has been deployed in all current versions of Fedora. Also blocked by ZNTA-1302.
Oops, I forgot to add the dependency. That should eliminate the need for SourceDocResource and TranslatedDocResource.

I think the SourceDocResource is still in use. From memory when pulling gettext or podir type translation, it requires the source to be pulled first. And I think this endpoint is used for that purpose. Also when pushing, I think it is used to detect obsolete documents. Unless of course you changed all of these in your current work.
