@Former user I got a bit ahead of myself and merged this already, so you can test it on master. There are no other changes in master and none on the way as far as I can see.

The links in the emails sent out from the Drupal plugin are incorrect for Zanata versions 3.9 and up.
The generated links are:
<server>/webtrans/Application.seam?project=...
They should be:
<server>/webtrans/translate?project=...
