Dropdowns are not getting hide automatically, to hide again we need to click on it

Once we click on a dropdown on read new alpha editor, its not closed/hide automatically we need to click on it again to hide.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to the zanata home.

• Click on dashboard.

• click on projects.

• Select any project.

• click on language and then document name. (if no any doc are there then add new)

• It will redirect you to the editor.

• click on "try new alpha editor"

• Click on " ^ " in from of language name in top left.

• A lang dropwon will come. click any where on the page and observer behaviour.

• Do not click on any language.

• Click on Approved/Translated dropdown in right side of translated strings.

• Do not change the string status i.e Approve or something.

• Click anywhere on the page and observe the behaviour.

Actual Result:

• The language and status of string(Approve/Translated) drop down list are not hiding automatically.

• We need to again click "^" to hide it.

• If we click on any other drop down previous one gets hide.

Expected Result:

• Drop down should have to autohide if we click anywhere on the page.

• or it should have to hide after few seconds if we are not selecting any option.
