React editor Translate dropdown clickable too early

The dropdown options of the Translated/Needs Work dropdown are clickable too early

1. Open a document in the alpha editor
2. Click on a translation target to show the dropdown (if not yet visible)
3. Double click on the dropdown 'V'

Because the list is clickable before the animation completes, the option is selected and the target is saved.
