[Rest API] Enable/disable a locale for a project/a project version

Hi guys,

Thanks for this great API of yours.
I'm french so I will try to be understandable.

I would like to enable/disable a locale using the Rest API, for now I can only get a list a enable locals for a project or a project version.

Is this possible for you to add it in a near future?
