Rename existing XLIFF support to XLIFF 1.1 or XLIFF 1.1*
Description
Our existing XLIFF support is a limited subset of XLIFF 1.1, which has been succeeded as a standard by XLIFF 1.2 and 2.0.
We should make it clear that this support is only for version 1.1 or even 1.1*, where 1.1* means that it's a subset of 1.1.
This will allow XLIFF 1.2 or 2.0 support to be added without causing confusion, and it will also let users know that XLIFF 1.2/2.0 files won't work (yet).
