Override pagination styling on Languages page

@Former user All I am doing is changing the border colour on the active page count to use zanata blue instead of antd, it's not much code at all and consistency with colour creates a less distracting and more consistent interface.

I have just finished making this change but I will make sure to minimise css changes from now on. I am pretty sure most items are covered now. I just would like to make sure the antd icons in the toast notifications use our colour scheme also for the reasons mentioned above (ZNTA-2707). I do not forsee any futher overrides of antd after that unless we start using new antd components.

@Former user I think we should keep the color. Let's minimize the customization of css whenever we can.
