No translation memory results found

Dear all,

I would like to have more suggestions in my translation memory results. How can I set that all translations which contain at least one of the searched words are suggested in the translation memory results?
E.g.: to translate "schlechteste Bewertung" all translations which contain the word "Bewertung" should be displayed.

Is that possible? If yes, which settings are required?
