I have restored the original name and created a new bug for webhook-based translation update. These are separate issues that should be researched, prioritized and implemented separately.

One of the biggest win for having the Drupal Plug-In would be the ability to publish translation live without having to wait for project maintainer to push the translations from Zanata.
A new feature is requested to provide configuration option to have periodic check on new translation and fetching the translations without having to wait for project maintainer to press button to publish.
For example, if spanish translator fix a typo in the translation, she/he should be able to complete and save the translation in Zanata and Drupal Plug-In should be able to fetch the translation automatically and publish it live. The periodic time interval should be configurable by the project maintainer.
