RFE: When creating an account from an OpenID, we should fetch firstname and lastname attributes (at least for Google)

Description

When creating an account from an OpenID, we should fetch firstname and lastname attributes to populate the Name field (at least for Google OpenIDs).

We could also use the beginning of the email address as the default username.

NB: if the OpenID user disallows the use of firstname and lastname, we should handle this gracefully.
