Occasional "Nonce verification failed" error

Description of problem:
translate.zanata has reported several errors of:
ERROR org.openid4java.consumer.ConsumerManager Nonce verification failed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unknown

Additional info:
The only information I can find regarding this error is that either the openid4java manager requires a nonce verifier, or that the time on the server is so inaccurate it does not correspond with the authentication token.
