When you are receiving the mail of new incoming members, in the mail tells you all the data and registration, but when the mail is lost - inside Zanata, you can't see that actually who is wants to join to the team. The eg. current 'https://fedora.zanata.org/language/view/hu#' Where coordinators need to manage the team, or new registered ones - there is no any notification that "hey-someone is requested your approval!".

I would like to request some sort of team management next to search, because sometime I can't find out who is really would like to come, and when the zanata message is lost, I can't add new people, if I don't have the registered names at least to search again.

I would like to suggest to add "spoken languages" to the user profiles, and with that you can shrink down the amount of languages that has been shown in the languages, or in projects sections.
