Suggestion view should highlight matching text of results when diff view is turned off.

The old GWT editor can show suggestion matches with a standard diff view, or with the matching parts highlighted.

The Angular editor can show a standard diff, but cannot display the string with just the matching parts highlighted. Matching parts should be highlighted by default when diff view is turned off.
