Integration design has changed to use webhook event from Zanata which is more flexible.

Description of problem:
We have in Fedora an nice frameworks and services that from both Zanata and the translators can benefit from it. With fedmsg plugin would be cool to have notification if the maintainer shoots a message about changes around the resources, and events (outages, translation marathons), or calling/requesting translators.
Actual results:
No possible tighter integration yet with Fedora Infra
Expected results:
In future would be nice addition to have these plugins to both service, and integration possibility into gnome shell.
